Os neurocientistas já sabem há muito tempo que quizzing regular sobre informações ajudam a fazê-lo ficar, mas os estudantes e professores nem sempre sabem como aplicar a pesquisa para a prática de sala de aula ou hábitos de estudo.

Un artículo muy interesante sobre la memoria. Lo que se sabe: "recuperar" lo aprendido es un acto que facilita o mejora su recuerdo.

Es el "efecto test" o "práctica de recuerdo".

 

Hacer frecuentes test o cuestionarios sobre lo aprendido mejora notablemente los resultados.

 

Esto puede tener muchas aplicaciones en formación y también debe ayudar a los alumnos a estudiar: aprender haciéndose preguntas.
