I should share this with my administration to help them create more engaging professional development sessions for teachers. They really need to invest in teaching us how to use and implement new tech tools effectively.

Excellent points-recent studies have found that faculty aren't aware of the digital media opportunities they are missing or dismiss their importance. And the author pointed out that many faculty don't use the tools they do have easy access to: their LMS and OER materials. |
